You are experienced in SEO and content management, with a knack for identifying new topics and conducting thorough keyword research.
You possess excellent organizational skills, managing a steady flow of content briefs and overseeing external contributors.
You're adept at optimizing existing content, with a keen eye for enhancing SEO potential.
You are proficient in SEO fundamentals like crosslinking, title tags, and site architecture.
You are data-driven, deeply involved in analytics and reporting, helping shape our content strategy through actionable insights.
You’re excited by the prospect of working with AI and automation to make our SEO functions more efficient than ever.
Strong collaborative and communication skills are essential, as you'll be deeply involved in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy planning.
You are not only an SEO expert but also an exceptional writer and editor, capable of bringing content briefs to life through engaging and well-crafted writing.
You are experienced in working with vendors and freelancers to scale SEO strategies

Things You’ll Do

Find and train freelancers to help accomplish our SEO goals, typically by helping create briefs for new content topics and updates to existing content.
Develop and manage content briefs, aiming to deliver an average of six per week, plus overseeing additional briefs created by freelancers.
Systematically identify and pursue opportunities to optimize existing content for better SEO performance.
Implement and oversee SEO basics, including making direct updates in our CMS (Contentful).
Apply expert writing skills and keen attention to detail to execute targeted SEO optimizations, including incorporating keywords into existing content and crafting SEO-focsued enhanvements for editorial reviews
Deliver in-depth SEO reporting and analytics, translating data into strategic actions. Existing tools include seoClarity, onCrawl, Looker, and ahrefs.
Collaborate closely with the content team to align on updated priorities and production scales.
Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to SEO strategy and planning discussions.
Work closely with content writers for final reviews and edits, ensuring all content is polished and SEO-optimized before publishing.

United States: 167,400/209,200/251,000 USD

Canada: 167,400/209,200/251,000 CAD

United Kingdom: 86,900/108,600/130,300 GBP
