This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities yet but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. In the coming month, the HR Program Manager should be supervising a Learning and Development Specialist, whose core focus will be to build and run the global training program.<br/>What you’ll do:<br/>- Define, frame, design and run various HR projects, in relationships with the aforementioned areas (“the Pigment way”: training and development, employee experience, tools optimization, performance management and compensation).- In a nutshell:  - Training and development: complement current and develop new training programs for both soft and hard skills, be the central point of contact for all teams’ and individual needs. - Employee experience: assess and define ways to improve our on/off-boarding process and path, manage Global survey and feedback cycles, analyze and action outputs. - Tools optimization: improve connection and automations between our HRIS, ATS and Pigment, willingness to learn Pigment is a plus. - Performance management: complete/update job classification specifications, manage bi-yearly promotion and raise campaign.- Research, analyze data, and prepare quarterly reports/newsletters on HR trends, new HR project suggestions, and current projects goals and progress. - Support HR Admin and TA/HRBP departments with the appropriate tools (eg. salary grid, hiring tracker), policies and proceduresProvide advice and counsel to department heads, managers and staff on updating and interpreting projects.<br/>Who you are: <br/>- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and 5 years of progressively responsible HR Generalist experience, including at the managerial level, with expertise in training and development, performance management, compensation and leadership consultation regarding human resource matters; or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position- Strong relationship-building, consultative and influencing skills; and exceptional interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with diplomacy and tact with all levels and backgrounds of staff- A high degree of judgment and discretion, adaptability, strong problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and with a team with a strong initiative to manage high volume workflow- Demonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high level of accuracy- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Solid program management and multi-tasking skills- Fluency in English and French, written and oral. <br/>What we offer<br/>- Competitive package- Equity- Healthcare- Along with one company offsite every year, we have brand new offices at the heart of major cities including New York, Toronto, Paris, and London- High-end equipment (based on stock/availability) to do your work in the best conditions.- Hybrid remote policy<br/>How we work<br/>- Thrive Together: We can only win as a team.
