Circuit is expanding in Orlando Central Business District (Downtown)  and is searching for an experienced Market Supervisor to grow with us!

What will you be doing?

The Market Supervisor will supervise the daily operations by monitoring employee performance, identifying safety issues, and addressing operational needs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee a team of drivers; scheduling, performance management and safety monitoring.
• Effectively and frequently communicate with location staff and support team members.
• Implement, promote and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Daily, weekly and monthly review of key operational metrics.
• Interview, hire, train and mentor location staff.
• Assist in overseeing safety and training programs, plans and processes to ensure compliance with company, contract and regulatory requirements.
• Hold the driver team accountable to our high customer service and safety standards.

Requirements

What does the ideal candidate offer:

• Must have the ability to work weekends regularly; exact schedule TBD
• Ability to travel across Central Business District Orlando(Downtown) & work on location
• 2-5 years experience in mobility preferred
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Ability to pass our driving and background record check
• Must be able to work independently and have strong written and verbal skills
• Experience managing in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in scheduling, personnel management, and training
• Ability to create basic spreadsheets and understand data visualizations
• Knowledge of Google Suite, Deputy, and Slack a plus!
