Job Description:

The Department of Community Health and Family Medicine is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Assistant/Associate/Full Professor to join the faculty at UF Health Family Medicine – Jonesville. We are seeking an enthusiastic Family Medicine Physician passionate about providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the education of future healthcare providers.

Clinical Duties:

As a faculty physician at Jonesville, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care in a collaborative, team-based environment that includes experienced nurses, an RN health coach, a pharmacist, and support staff. You’ll have the option to participate in clinic call rotations and, if interested, inpatient care opportunities. The role also offers a chance to work closely with ARNPs and PAs to deliver patient-centered care using innovative models.

Educational Activities:

Teaching is a core part of this role, with opportunities to guide medical students during patient care, participate in inpatient rounds (if applicable), and contribute to educational conferences. We encourage faculty to pursue scholarly activities and provide robust support for professional development, including mentoring, opportunities to present and publish, and access to ongoing training to enhance your skills and expertise.
