Job Summary

The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Staffing Manager in overseeing staffing operations within the Talent Acquisition of hourly candidates & international candidates, Non-for-Profit Organizations, and Temp Associate Management. 

Responsibilities

Hourly Recruitment Coordinating:

• Assist with recruitment and staffing plans in coordination with departments.
• Post requisitions on employer job boards, Indeed, unemployment websites (IDES) etc.
• Sourcing, screening candidates, scheduling interviews. 
• Planning, organizing, marketing and managing career fairs.
• Tracking candidates through full-cycle recruiting and communicate with department on onboarding status.
• Answering inquires via phone, email and other means of commuication.
• Assist with event day operations process and credentialing. 

Non for Profit Coordinating: 

• Assist with sourcing and onboarding new and existing NPO groups.
• Assist with event day check-ins, including set-up and breakdown of the volunteer check-in areas. 
• Ensure tracking of volunteer compliance and training.
• Distribute and communicate event-day details.

International Recruitment Coordinating:  

• Assist with international recruitment for summer seasonal support.
• Assist with tracking key compliance items.

Temp Agency Coordinating: 

• Assist with credentialing of Temp Associates.
• Assist with event day check-in operations and temp coordination.
• Assist with uniform distribution and collection.
• Review invoices, identify discrepancies, submit accruals and itemization of invoice by department.
• Other tasks as assigned.
