[What you will be working on]
You will work on reviewing the various Financial and Operation Systems to incorporate new requirements and streamlining processes including bank reconciliation and assets tracking. Your responsibilities include the following:
To streamline processes relating to the Financial and Operation Systems.
To liaise with fee owners in the review of fee amounts, GST as well as consolidation of various fees.
To study the existing system incorporating the cat licencing process
To study the existing system to track licence fees relating to Vet Council.
To study the Asset Management System and interface with Financial System for asset tracking of sculptures and paintings
To streamline process for bank reconciliation
[What we are looking for]
Areas of study in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications
Preferably 8 years of relevant working experience
Possess strong thinking and analysis skills, self-motivated and resourceful
A good communicator and team player
Strong time management, planning and organisation skills
Attention to details and accuracy
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience in Workday is preferrable
