What You'll Contribute

The Manager, Strategic Finance Project Management will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects within the Finance organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
 

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget, and that project milestones are met.

  • Provide clear direction and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project team culture.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project objectives, requirements, and expectations are understood and met.

  • Identify and allocate project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues and ensure project success.

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and client requirements.

What You Have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and achieving project goals.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and able to quickly adapt to new situations.

  • Proficient in project management software tools and applications.

Preferred education, skills, and experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with demonstrated experience in leading and delivering projects successfully.
