Contract - Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Cytokinetics is a late-stage, specialty cardiovascular biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing and commercializing first-in-class muscle activators and next-in-class muscle inhibitors as potential treatments for debilitating diseases in which cardiac muscle performance is compromised. As a leader in muscle biology and the mechanics of muscle performance, the company is developing small molecule drug candidates specifically engineered to impact myocardial muscle function and contractility.

 

As a Contract Senior Recruiter, you will be a part of a fast-paced and progressive HR team for an innovative pharmaceutical company.  Cytokinetics is growing and this role will be an integral part of the organization's ability to attract top talent for the organization.  In this highly visible position, the incumbent will provide full-cycle recruiting services to hiring managers including conducting strategic job launches, sourcing, screening, and developing and extending offers.  

 

Responsibilities

• As a full-cycle Senior Recruiter, you will partner with your client groups to source and attract candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Provide strategic, full-cycle recruiting support to hiring leaders, including providing candidate market data insights, feedback, and hiring recommendations.  
• Using LinkedIn Recruiter, identify and source passive candidates for a wide variety of skill sets.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders, HRBPs, and Total Rewards to develop job descriptions and showcase the position as well as benefits of the organization.
• Provide offer management support, including offer development, extending offers, and negotiating and closing candidates for contract and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical recruiting/search in-house experience.
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS highly preferred.

 

 

 

 

Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as the service line and location where this position may be filled.

Salary Pay Range$60—$75 USD
