Job description:
The Oracle Fusion Financials consultant provides end-to-end solutions that address clients’ business requirements and solve business problems. Works on Support Tickets to resolve issues as well as break fix and enhancements. with the ability to work with multicultural teams including onshore/offshore members. Strong finance business process knowledge and hands on Oracle Fusion Financials application experience is required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the client to resolve Support Tickets, analyze business requirements for new enhancements and design end-to-end solutions using Fusion Financials
- Perform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues
- Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management
- Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams to drive solution design specs
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economy or Computer Science
- Minimum of 3 project full life cycles & / or Application Support
- Oracle Fusion Financials Certification
- Techno Functional Expertise:
- Overall understanding of Fusion Financials Order of complexity is P2P (most) R2R, A2R, O2C, SCM, GRC (least)
- Certification in one or more Oracle modules
- Familiarity with Telco domain: Should have a grasp of Telco technologies and concepts to provide context and guidance If the offshore team needs help.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication: Clearly articulate project requirements, expectations, and feedback to the offshore team, ensuring effective collaboration across different time zones and cultural backgrounds. Listen attentively to the concerns, questions, and suggestions from the offshore team, fostering a supportive and open communication environment.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple functional onsite Solution Architects (R2R, P2P, A2R, O2C, GRC, SCM) on multiple priorities and communicate and assign it to offshore team.
- Effective project planning: Define clear project goals, break down tasks into manageable chunks, and establish realistic timelines for completion (we run 2-to-3-week sprint cycle)
- Risk mitigation, Issue resolution and Performance monitoring.
