If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Quality Specialist in Porto, Portugal (On-Site), you will play a key role in ensuring linguistic excellence and quality standards for one of our global clients. You’ll be responsible for reviewing translated content, maintaining quality benchmarks, and supporting continuous improvement across multilingual operations.

What you will do in this role
As a Quality Specialist, you will:
- Conduct linguistic and quality assurance (QA) reviews of translated content
- Ensure accuracy, grammar, syntax, tone, and cultural appropriateness across target languages
- Review previously audited materials to verify compliance with business and client quality standards
- Identify process gaps and provide recommendations for quality improvement
- Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and support corrective actions
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to reviewers and agents
- Monitor quality trends and prepare reports with improvement recommendations
- Lead or facilitate calibration and alignment sessions with internal teams and BPO partners
- Ensure adherence to client guidelines, compliance requirements, and internal QA processes
Your qualifications
You’ll be a great match if you:
- Are fluent at C1 level or higher in French with a good level of English (minimum B2)
- Have at least 12 months of experience on Quality related roles
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Are comfortable working with computer tools and MS Office applications
- Have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Can manage multiple priorities through effective organization and delegation
- Show strong problem-solving abilities and sound professional judgment
- Experience in localization, content moderation, or multilingual environments is a plus
