Fund Reporting Associate

The Finance team offers a dynamic environment where individuals can learn at a fast-pace and are rewarded with challenging opportunities both within Finance and across the firm.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and enhance scalable fund reporting processes and controls that support growth, increase accuracy, and reduce operational risk</li> <li>Prepare and review interim and year-end financial statements for funds in accordance with U.S. GAAP</li> <li>Partner with internal teams including Tax, Operations, Treasury, Valuation, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations to deliver timely and integrated reporting</li> <li>Liaise with external fund administrators and auditors to manage audits, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables</li> <li>Drive automation and process improvements to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and scale reporting capabilities</li> <li>Support new fund launches and restructurings by executing accounting deliverables, fee calculations, and documentation</li> <li>Prepare regulatory and investor-facing reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reporting timelines</li> <li>Own and complete ad-hoc projects and strategic requests from senior management, working independently and collaboratively with the team</li> </ul> <p><strong>What’s required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting</li> <li>2-3 years of work experience at a public accounting firm or a combination of public and private accounting roles</li> <li>Experience in audit or accounting within the financial services sector</li> <li>Strong data analysis skills with experience working with large datasets and reconciling complex accounting information</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills with a track record of delivering accurate work under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities</li> <li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical accounting information to non-accounting stakeholders</li> <li>Commitment to the highest ethical standards</li> </ul> <p><strong>We take care of our people</strong></p> <p>We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
