About the role

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Project Manager. Compensation: COP 5M - 7.5M/month. Location: Remote (anywhere). What makes you a strong candidate:

You have 8+ years of experience in project management .
You are proficient in AWS, ERP systems, Jira, and Microsoft Project .
English - Native or fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading strategic technology projects, managing resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure high-quality deliverables. They will act as a bridge between technical teams, clients, and key stakeholders, ensuring that the company's objectives are met on time and in a timely manner. Responsibilities: 1. Project management:

Plan, coordinate and execute complex IT projects, from conception to closure.
Oversee schedules, budgets and resources to meet project objectives.
Effectively prioritize and manage changes to project scope.

2. Multinational Collaboration:

Manage teams geographically distributed across Europe and the United States.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Coordinate with international clients and understand their specific needs.

3. Methodologies and processes:

Implement and promote project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Waterfall as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with best practices and quality standards.
Prepare executive reports on progress, risks and key deliverables.

4. Risk management and problem resolution:

Identify, analyze and mitigate potential risks that may affect the success of the project.

Provide effective and rapid solutions to operational or technical problems. Nice to have:

PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
Scrum Master or agile methodologies certification.
Certifications related to specific tools (such as Azure DevOps or ITIL).

Requirements

1. Experience:

Minimum 8 years of project management experience within the IT sector.
Previous experience working with multinational clients and teams.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects.

2. Hard Skills:

Working knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar.
Familiarity with software development technologies, system integrations, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Understanding of enterprise architectures, ERP, CRM, and other technology platforms.

3. Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Leadership and motivation skills for multicultural and distributed teams.

Results-oriented, with problem-solving skills under pressure. 4. Languages:

Advanced English (C1/C2), essential for interacting with international teams.
Knowledge of a second language (Spanish, German, French, among others) is desirable.
