Your role and impact:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will take full ownership and be responsible for creation of an intuitive, visually stunning gambling experience that feels natural and engaging for players worldwide - across both web desktop and mobile platforms for our new cutting-edge Gambling&Casino Platform developed from scratch. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer, engineering and marketing teams to deliver the best-in-class product to the market. Together you will be responsible for crafting a clean, modern, and futuristic user interface that minimizes clicks and focuses users on what truly matters. You’ll be at the forefront of design in the gambling industry, shaping experiences that millions of players enjoy daily. With a commitment to leveraging AI tools and creative design strategies, you’ll have the freedom to explore, innovate, and deliver high-quality interfaces that resonate with players in both web and mobile environments.

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or Interaction Design, preferably in a leadership role. 
• Extensive experience in the iGaming/Gambling industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and user expectations.
• Strong portfolio of iGaming/Gambling projects (minimum 1 large project or 2-3 small/medium ones), showcasing your product design skills with an emphasis on intuitive user flows, visual storytelling, and gambling features.

Technical Skills

• Strong ownership mindset – ability to drive initiatives end-to-end, from ideation to implementation, beyond just managing tasks.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and client-facing teams, ensuring business alignment and technical feasibility.
• Deep expertise in competitors analysis, user research, information architecture, usability testing, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and other industry-standard design software.
• Experience in Agile/Lean environments, with a strong understanding of MVPs, iterative development, and time-to-market constraints.
• Experience maintaining and scaling a design system for a large platform, ensuring cross-platform consistency and efficiency.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other product management tools.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and modern UI trends.

Will be Your Advantage

• Experience with Skin/NFT Gambling, Online Casino, Game Development.
• Understanding of web development principles and experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web and mobile marketing trends and standards within the gambling and online casino industry.
• Previous experience working in start-up environments with rapid iteration cycles

Design Strategy & Vision

• Develop and communicate a clear design vision for the next-generation Gambling& Casino platform that aligns with our product strategy and user needs.
• Lead and own the overall product design strategy, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.

End-to-End Product Design: User Interface & User Experience 

• Design interactive, intuitive, player-friendly and responsive user interfaces and experiences with a focus on se
