Registered Nurse (RN), ICU Days

Nashville General Hospital is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN), ICU Night Shift in Nashville, TN.We are offering a Sign-On Bonus up to $30,000! (with 2 years of recent experience)This is a 13 Bed Unit with a 2:1 Patient Ratio.
 As an ICU RN you will: 

• Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
• Provide respiratory, and ventilator management and monitoring for patients.
• Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of your healthcare team.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Program
• 2 years minimum of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS are required
• Current Tennessee RN license
• Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate communication with various members of the health care team, patients, and families.
