You will monitor data quality and secure that established policies and standards are followed. For the defined global business applications, you will be responsible for data maintenance activities, delivering high quality Master Data to E2E Process Teams.</span></p><p><span>As a member of Global MDM Team, you will be assigned to specific domain and Master Data Objects.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Your day at Ferring</b></p><ul><li><span>Monitor data quality and data usage, ensuring internal policies and standards are followed</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with E2E Process Teams to make sure all Master Data elements are fit-for-purpose</span></li><li><span>Responsible for the timely maintenance of assigned Master Data in defined Global Business Applications securing validity, consistency, integrity, and compliance with external and internal regulations</span></li><li><span>Solve issues with master data, like managing data corruption or mapping between different applications</span></li><li><span>Propose improvements and adjustments to reduce user impact always in accordance with global template</span></li><li><span>Discover efficient ways to manage, organize and analyze data, leading to data quality improvement</span></li><li><span>Develop, measure, and share SLA and KPI including target values, identifying improvement actions</span></li><li><span>Conduct training on Master Data procedures, rules, and standards </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Behind our innovation…There’s you</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (supply chain, computer systems, engineering, science preferred)</li><li>Experience in SAP S/4 functionalities <span>with focus in master data</span>, as a consultant or as an end-user</li><li>Pharmaceutical IT experience of assigned Business Domain is a plus</li><li>Understand the impact of master data quality on the operational business processes</li><li>Interest in master data quality and enthusiasm for improvement initiatives</li><li>Advanced knowledge in Excel and Word</li><li>Strong analytical &amp; problem-solving skills</li><li>Self-organized and autonomous, structured thinking</li><li>Team player, able to share knowledge and support colleagues</li><li>High costumers focus and ability to operate successfully in a dynamic environment</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication</li><li>Good communication skills in English language</li></ul><p></p><p><b>People come first at Ferring</b></p><ul><li>Get inspired from our commitment to advocate for everyone’s right to build a family, no matter who you are, where you live or who you love</li><li>Our inclusive support package – “Building Families at Ferring” provides equal and accessible policies for all employees who wish to start their family journey, ensuring a global standard, irrespective of location and role</li><li>Parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing parents</li><li>Extended support on family building journey</li></ul><p></p><p>Making a difference in the life of millions of people means we succeed by working together.
