About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment and Onboarding Executive to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both our driver fleet and in-house core team members. This role is crucial in ensuring we attract, hire, and onboard top talent that aligns with our company’s values and mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for people

What You’ll be Doing

Driver Recruitment:

  • Source and attract potential drivers through various channels, including job boards, social media, and community outreach programs.

  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the driver roles.

  • Collaborate with operational teams to understand the specific needs for driver recruitment and ensure timely hiring.

  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new drivers, ensuring all necessary documentation, training, and orientation are completed.

In-House Core Team Recruitment:

  • Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions for in-house roles.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

  • Build a talent pipeline for future in-house positions through proactive sourcing and networking.

Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement onboarding programs that help new employees integrate quickly and effectively into their roles.

  • Ensure all new hires receive the necessary training, resources, and support to succeed.

  • Monitor the onboarding experience and gather feedback to continually improve the process.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment and onboarding activities.

  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment and onboarding process.

What You will need for this position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or onboarding.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.

  • Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment is preferred.
