- Estimated annual base pay: $69,800(minimum) - $87,200(midpoint) - $104,600(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Product Cyber Security Engineer, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Product Cyber Security (PCSE) Engineer will be responsible for performing product cyber security functions within Woodward business unit(s). This member executes the cyber security standard work processes in support of the business unit needs as described in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC). In addition, this member will support developers, test engineers, and supply chain resources with product cyber security questions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Execute the standard work relative to Product Cyber Security processes.
- Execute the tasks/deliverables associated with the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Support business unit response tactics of actual product cyber incidents.
- Responsible for keeping abreast of new and changing regulations and best practices pertaining to Product Cyber Security.
- Perform work which includes a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirement as well as providing risk assessments.
- Provide work effort estimates, assist in project planning efforts including project task definition.
What We Are Looking For
- This position requires a four-year technical or science degree or an international equivalent.
- 2+ years in professional embedded software development of real-time systems required.
- Knowledge of cyber security concepts.
- Knowledge of Electronics/Software design methodologies.
- Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) concepts desired.
- Knowledge of IEC 62443 and/or similar standards.
- Problem solving & troubleshooting skills and analytical calculation skills.
- Basic leadership skills.
