Join Fiskars as a (Senior) Offering Manager, Gardening products and play a central role in shaping our globally loved product portfolio. In this role, you will lead the development and lifecycle of innovative, consumer-driven products that resonate across diverse markets—from the Nordics and Continental Europe to the US, and beyond. You will collaborate closely with a wide range of teams, including sales, marketing, R&D, supply chain, and finance, as well as with our key customers and external partners.

This position can be based in any locations: Espoo, Finland/Stockholm, Sweden/Eschborn, Germany and reports to our VP, Product Organization. The role is fixed term full-time parental leave cover. and is hybrid.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS
Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full lifecycle of a defined product offering—from development to market phase-out.
Build and maintain an innovation roadmap, turning consumer and market insights into new product concepts.
Lead new product development projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Define and refine the product strategy, portfolio structure, and pricing based on market and competitor insights.
Monitor product performance, conduct portfolio analyses, and make data-driven decisions, including de-listings.
Collaborate with sales to identify growth and campaign opportunities for your product area.
Co-create compelling product concepts with marketing teams and support go-to-market activities with tools, training, and expertise.
Contribute to shaping the overall category strategy and long-term vision.
WHO YOU ARE
Experience:
A master’s degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or technology.
3-10 years of experience in the consumer product industry, with proven results in product or portfolio management.
Natural interest and passion for gardening related activities and products.
Strong commercial mindset with a passion for consumer-driven innovation and business success.
Experience turning business plans into actionable initiatives and managing cross-functional projects.
Solid skills in project management, data analysis, and portfolio performance evaluation.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global matrix environment.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Finnish, Swedish, or German language skills are a plus.
A proactive, accountable mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
