We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in client relations, sales, and account management. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

• Assist in identifying sales opportunities and implementing strategic plans

• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries effectively

• Work closely with senior account managers to support business objectives

• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential business opportunities

• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client meetings

• Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of client interactions

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus
