Lead through our DNA - Operations Management
- Fully understand and implement our Company Purpose, Promise, and Core values
- Create a fun and positive culture free of negativity
- Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions
- Lead follow-up on performance plans
- Ensure completion of all operational checklists
- Comply with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Oversee product deliveries and receiving processes
- Assist where needed to maintain guest service standards
- Uphold cleanliness and quality assurance standards
- Memorize recipes, specs, and food expiration dates
- Maintain equipment and adhere to preventative maintenance programs
- Set a good example by following image standards daily
