Technical Project Manager implements and configures the sold solution according to the customer's needs.

He proposes technical and/or organizational solutions to a customer.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day   

• Ensure that the software's functionalities are well understood by the customers

• Carry out the configurations and technical integrations according to the customers' needs

• Accompany the customer during the first days of use

• Understand and define the customer's needs

• Support the different teams involved in the project

• Provide technical expertise on the projects

• Ensure a technological watch on his/her field of competence

What We’re Looking For 

• Proven technical skills

• Knowledge of the company's internal processes

• Knowledge of customer relationship management

• Knowledge of the business travel and/or expense report industry is a plus

• English: fluent (multicultural and international team).

• HR, ERP and financial systems integration

• Approval workflows for travel and expense

• Data transformation (ETL)

• Data synchronization to third parties (Travel Agencies, Banks, Card suppliers, GDS...)

• Leading workshops during the project phase

• Ensuring PCI-DSS in the integration scope

• Ensuring data security for client transmissions

Managing service & feature requests from customers

• Feasability, cost and timeline analysis

• Data synchronization evolutions

• Data integration evolutions

Internal projects

Location

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $100,000.  The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
