We are seeking a Sr. Automation Solutions Architect responsible for designing and delivering advanced automation solutions using technologies such as RFID, AMR robotics, machine vision, and other components of the AIDC ecosystem. This role is essential in aligning Levata’s automation strategy with our customers’ operational goals, providing both technical leadership and visionary guidance. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to craft intelligent, scalable systems that transform workflows across industries—including supply chain, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. What you’ll do: Solution Architecture & Technical Execution:

Design end-to-end automation solutions using RFID systems, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), machine vision platforms, and related AIDC technologies.
Assist the Sales team in developing customer-centric automation solutions, including technical pre-sales support and detailed architecture design.
Troubleshoot, configure, and deploy new hardware and software systems in customer environments.
Serve as the lead technical expert during formal RFI/RFP processes.
Travel to customer sites (up to 75%) for presentations, assessments, solution validation, and hands-on support.

Customer Engagement & Enablement:

Deliver technical customer presentations, both on-site and virtually, communicating complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Participate in RFP responses, scoping meetings, and customer strategy sessions to ensure solutions align with operational requirements.
Maintain and develop strong working relationships with the Sales team to support evolving customer needs and ensure a shared understanding of project objectives.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration:

Collaborate with the Marketing team to increase visibility and awareness of automation solutions across channels and campaigns.
Analyze the existing customer database to identify new automation opportunities and drive upsell strategies in partnership with Sales.
Contribute to the development of sales enablement tools, such as ROI models, use-case collateral, and technical documentation.
Support the Sales team with ongoing updates to sales processes, competitive insights, and product development initiatives.

Technology Strategy & Innovation:

Evaluate and recommend automation technologies and platforms that align with Levata’s strategic direction and customer needs.
Establish and maintain architectural standards and best practices across automation projects.
Lead pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives, ensuring seamless scaling and handoff to implementation teams.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field.
5+ years of experience preferred designing and deploying AIDC and automation solutions, including RFID, robotics, or machine vision.
Strong understanding of system integration, industrial networking, and automation software platforms
Proficiency in troubleshooting and configuring both hardware and software solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in technical pre-sales, customer engagement, and responding to RFPs.
Great organizational skills and exceptional note-taking abilities.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%.
