Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist (fixed-term)
About The Role
As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for regulatory maintenance of the Haleon portfolio (mainly food supplements and medicines) and for the delivery of innovative products. This requires experience and understanding of food supplements and medicinal products' legal requirements, independence in action, and great collaboration skills.
This is a fixed-term role, until the end of December 2025, with some potential for a long-term contract.
Role responsibilities:
• Preparing regulatory documents, dossiers, and applications to enable new products to be launched maintaining existing products, in compliance to current regulations, and proactively seeking innovative and rapid paths to market.
• Working with central and regional teams on the submission dossier, using internal regulatory processes and systems for tracking and archiving, making the submissions, and collaborating with Health Authorities.
• Usage of regulatory expertise to evaluate projects, identify risks and propose solutions
• Support pack and labeling changes through the artwork approval process and cross-functional collaboration
• Support commercial functions with regulatory advice and recommendations, if needed
• Contribute to different functional and cross-functional projects
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs covering food supplements and medicines
• Polish speaker, English upper-intermediate
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs covering food supplements and medicines
• Good self-organization skills and independence in action
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
