We are looking for a Receiving Inspector to join our team. The goal of this Receiving Inspector at Wisk is to ensure quality and compliance with supplier procured products. You will be part of the Enterprise Quality team that will be building the future of Urban Air Mobility on the next generation aircraft.

Why we need you:

• The goal of this Receiving Inspection role at Wisk is to validate contractual requirements have been met for products procured. You will also validate proper product identification and assess for any damage during transit. Your expertise will be focused in Receiving Inspection and integrated with the warehouse team. 
• The successful candidate has knowledge or experience with receiving inspection preferably within a manufacturing environment. Previous aerospace experience is preferred. This candidate is highly dedicated, knowledgeable and has a desire to work within Wisk’s logistics and supply chain environment. This candidate also demonstrates sound decision making and capable of learning our technical applications to create nonconformance records as identified with all necessary detail.
• In this role, the candidate must be a highly motivated, forward thinking individual that's willing to expand roles within the greater Enterprise Quality team. 

What you will do:

• As part of the Enterprise Quality organization, you will be assigned to receiving inspection and act as a representative of the Enterprise Quality team to make inspection determinations.
• You will refer to necessary contractual documents, drawings or other documentation to perform your inspection assessment. 
• You will help support problem solving activities with the greater Production Systems, Supply Chain, Manufacturing organizations to drive continuous improvement.
• You will execute receiving inspection requirements, documenting nonconformances and assisting with corrective action investigations.
• As a Wisk Receiving Inspector, you will help define the future of Urban Air Mobility through assisting with the development of the Generation 6 aircraft.

What you have done:

• Must have knowledge of supply chain and receiving inspection concepts.
• Working knowledge of how to read contractual documents such as a purchase order.
• Ability to learn quickly and willingness to adapt to changing conditions.
• Must be a team player and able to effectively collaborate with different personalities.

Desired:

• Experience using following computer applications: JIRA, Teamcenter and G-suite tools.
