The Lead Guest Services Pastor exists to cast vision, pastor people, and lead teams that create exceptional, Christ-centered guest experiences across the campus. This role is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing leaders and volunteers, ensuring alignment with CCV’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence. The Guest Services Pastor provides strategic leadership, pastoral care, and operational oversight, ensuring that every guest encounter from -street to seat- reflects the heart, excellence, and hospitality of Christ.

Essential Job Functions
Vision & Leadership
Cast, communicate, and champion the vision of CCV within Guest Services
Model and communicate what it means to “Create the Plus”
Foster a culture of excellence, unity, and accountability
Develop annual ministry goals aligned with campus and church-wide objectives
Weekend Experience & Operational Excellence
Plan and execute the weekend experience from street to seat
Ensure environments are prepared, resourced, and staffed
Oversee weekly attendance reporting and ministry metrics
Team Development, Coaching & Accountability
Recruit, train, coach, and pastor leaders and volunteers
Conduct ongoing coaching conversations and annual reviews
Identify and develop future leaders
Meet consistently with team members regarding spiritual growth
Volunteer Strategy & Systems
Oversee volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and engagement
Utilize ROCK Serve Toolbox for scheduling and communication
Track engagement and Next Steps
Pastoral Care
Provide pastoral care including weddings, funerals, baptisms, hospital visits
Shepherd people within Guest Services
Partner with other pastors as needed
Community & Church Engagement
Build relationships with community leaders
Encourage community engagement
Assist in identifying Group leaders

Education & Experience
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
Experience mentoring or leading others to Christ
Able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays & Sundays
