Supervising Clinician for New Academy Opening Fall 2025 (AZ)

We're seeking a new BCBA for our Life Skills Autism Academy!

LSAA is a division of Centria Autism, where we are leading experts in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our clinicians develop individualized programs for each of our clients, targeting the goals of the client and family. Here, we focus our compassionate, assent-based techniques towards Early Intervention. LSAA is an ABA program for children, ages 6 and younger. 

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a founding team that will bring a new Academy to life! 

• Center hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Location: 10211 N 32nd St, Phoenix, AZ 85028
• Base Salary:  $85,000 - $90,000+ per year (varies based on specific experience, education, skills, and tenure as a BCBA)
• [+] Bonus Incentive = Weekly & Monthly! Average Total Bonus Earnings Per Year > $8,000-$12,000

A Supervising Clinician at Centria is somebody who not only believes in the core clinical values we hold as an organization, but also respects the values of our clients. Our Expectations

• Provide clinical oversight to clientele to drive compliance and retention to achieve optimal outcomes
• Train, manage and retain a team of Behavior Technicians
• Engage parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes by delivering 1 hour of parent engagement per month to all clients
• Develop child-specific behavior plans following the principles of ABA therapy
• Leading and maintaining staff by orienting and training team members
• Ensuring the daily functions of the team are completed by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing tea
