SUMMARY
The Cyber Information Assurance Analyst I will provide support on our (DISA) Program, at Annapolis Junction, Maryland. This position is on site Monday - Friday.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years’ related experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Must have one of DoD 8570 certifications IAT II (CCNA, Security CySA, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP).
Secret Clearance Required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Attend weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings, and provide input to all governing working groups, boards, and panels.
Provide monthly CDTAB 30/60/90 day reports on all active CDS to CDTAB and DSAWG members.
Compile reports based on data from the SGS database and CDSE/CDES provided data to present to the CDTAB, DSAWG, and ISRMC membership. Monitor CDES and point to point CDS's in SGS that are approaching expiration.
Coordinate with all DoD CDSE’s and be fully knowledgeable of all CDSE/CDES requests or tickets being presented at CDTAB, DSAWG, and ISRMC monthly meetings.
Monitor all ongoing point-to-point and CDES CDTAB e-votes and coordinate with all CDSE’s to ensure all CDTAB e-votes are processed and closed on time.
Contractor shall review and update the CDS data in the SGS database for all point to point and CDES tickets for accuracy.
Maintain an online presence for the CDTAB websites, database, and emails that includes a searchable library of all CDTAB briefings, historical policy materials reference documents, etc., online action tracking, and contact info for CDTAB representatives, CDTAB Secretariat staff, DSAWG, ISRMC members, and PAOs.
Prepare, execute, and report the results of electronic ballots (e-votes).
Maintain and create CDTAB briefing formats and templates for presentation to the CDTAB and DSAWG monthly meetings.
Prepare monthly CDTAB briefing materials.
Publicize deadlines for the submission of requests, discussion topics, briefings, and other agenda items for CDTAB meetings.
Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.
Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor's instruction in such a way as to maximize output.
Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety of self and coworkers. Will report any unsafe conditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and Human Resources. Will immediately correct any unsafe conditions as the best of own ability.
Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
