Cyber Operations Analyst - Journeyman

Tyto Athene is searching for highly qualified Cyber Operations Analyst - Journeyman to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develops, coordinates, and executes cyber operation plans, aligning them with objectives and risk management.
• Works with intelligence and cyber defense teams to integrate capabilities into broader strategies.
• Contributes to policy development, negotiates agreements, and implements cybersecurity processes.
• Coordinates with stakeholders, supervises and mentors’ cyber planners, ensures policy compliance, and conducts audits to assess program effectiveness.
• Lead strategic and operational planning efforts to integrate cyber defense into broader mission frameworks.
• Coordinate with various teams to align cyber defense strategies with broader defense objectives, assess risks to operations, and develop contingency plans to maintain mission success.
• Support 24/7/365 operations at Doral, FL, COOP, Exercises, and Deployments as required.

Required:

• 4-9 years of experience and HS or AA/AS or BA/BS or MA/MS

Desired:

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional
• CASP+ – CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner
• CISM – Certified Information Security Manager

Certification Requirements:

• IAT Level 2 or higher
