<p><strong>Management Consultant – Commercial & Specialty Insurance</strong></p> <p>Location: London (Hybrid) | <strong>Practice Area</strong>: Insurance | Type: Permanent</p> <p><strong>Deliver strategic and technology-enabled transformation across Commercial & Specialty Insurance.</strong></p> <p><strong>The Role</strong><br>Capco is seeking a Management Consultant with strong Commercial and Specialty Insurance expertise to join our growing Insurance practice. This role combines business analysis, operating model design, and delivery leadership across complex transformation programmes.</p> <p>You will partner with leading insurers across Property, Liability, Marine, Energy, and other Specialty lines to modernise underwriting and claims processes, support post-M&A integration, and drive digital platform transformation. From shaping client strategy through to implementation and benefits realisation, you will play a central role in delivering meaningful change across the commercial insurance value chain.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and support transformation initiatives across Commercial & Specialty Insurance, from discovery through to implementation</li> <li>Conduct current state assessments and design target operating models across underwriting, claims, and policy administration</li> <li>Define and document business and functional requirements, translating strategy into structured delivery artefacts</li> <li>Manage workstreams, stakeholder engagement, governance, and implementation support including testing and UAT</li> <li>Identify opportunities for digital enablement, platform optimisation, and operational efficiency improvements</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience within Commercial or Specialty Insurance, including London Market or broader corporate insurance environments</li> <li>Knowledge of Specialty lines such as Property, Liability, Marine, or Energy</li> <li>Demonstrable experience delivering business-led or technology-enabled transformation programmes</li> <li>Ability to bridge business and technology stakeholders within complex regulatory environments</li> <li>Strong communication, facilitation, and structured problem-solving capability</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Sequel, or legacy policy/claims systems</li> <li>Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid models</li> <li>Experience supporting post-merger integration or ESG/sustainability initiatives</li&
