Lead the supply planning team in a large-scale business environment, driving strategic initiatives, optimizing production schedules, and ensuring seamless operations through advanced planning systems and comprehensive stakeholder engagement.
Your role:
Lead the supply planning process for a large, stable business, ensuring timely updates for meetings and strategic decision-making while maintaining smooth operations. Verify and approve mid-to-long-term supply planning schedules, facilitating comprehensive alignment through the sales and operations planning review process.
Drive strategic initiatives and oversee the supply planning segment from request receipt to order confirmation, utilizing insights from market analysis and supplier communications for efficient execution. Optimize production schedules and prioritize orders through advanced planning systems, ensuring seamless coordination.
Lead supply planning team talent, engaging stakeholders to enhance operations and implement new supply planning concepts. Ensure the integration of innovative practices into the operational framework through scenario mapping and forward-thinking strategies.
Develop production plans and accurately forecast supply needs for individual product categories, maintaining optimal operational efficiency. Manage resources effectively to support organizational objectives, leveraging strategic budgeting processes.
Continuously review supply planning performance and plan for future enhancements, aligning with business goals and industry trends. Utilize root cause analysis to anticipate and mitigate potential constraints, ensuring smooth operations and successful execution.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) with a Bachelor’s or 3+ years of experience in S&OP with a Master’s in areas such as Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, Business Administration or equivalent.
You have demonstrated ability to informally lead a supply planner as well as Operational Materials Management (OMM) lead.
You have a deep understanding of the SOP process, ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft office, End to End supply chain, demand and supply planning, and new product introductions.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $109,500 to $175,000.
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $1
