It is these qualities that are vital to our continued success.</span></p><p><span>As a Ness employee, you will be working on products and platforms for some of the most innovative software companies in the world.</span></p><p><span>You’ll gain knowledge working alongside other highly skilled professionals that will help accelerate your career progression.</span></p><p><span>You’ll also benefit from an array of advantages like access to trainings and certifications, bonuses, and aids, socializing activities and attractive compensation.</span><span></span></p><p> </p><p><span>Requirements and responsibilities</span></p><p><span></span><span></span><span>The ideal candidate will have excellent coding skills with Java and Angular/React, experience with Spring and Hibernate.</span></p><p><span>Great problem solving skills.</span></p><p><span>Willingness to “touch” .Net as well if will be needed, will be appreciated.</span></p><p><span>Also – it’s a key requirement to have previous expose to projects in media and telecommunications industry.</span></p><p> </p><p><span>What you’ll do</span></p><ul><li><span>Contribute to the code review and to the code quality standards with help from dedicated tools. </span></li><li><span>Technical lead for some of the projects;</span></li><li><span>Making architecture decisions for future developments </span></li><li><span>Creating software concepts for new projects.</span></li><li><span>Use effective communication skills to align with the team internally, or to collaborate with cross-functional teams, to achieve the desired objectives.</span></li><li><span>As a Senior Fullstack Engineer within our Centre of Excellence for Communications and Media.</span></li><li><span>You will help us build demos, proof of concepts, new products, and participate in client facing projects. </span></li><li><span>You will develop, test, maintain and improve our high-quality standard services.</span><span></span></li></ul><p><span><br/>What you’ll bring</span></p><ul><li><span>+5 years of relevant working experience;</span></li><li><span>Excellent coding skills with Java and Angular/React;</span></li><li><span>Strong Knowledge of tools/systems such as IntelliJ, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift;</span></li><li><span>Experience with Spring, Hibernate and NgRx is a plus;</span></li><li><span>Have a passion for standardization, introducing processes and fast customer feedback;</span></li><li><span>Ability to drive projects and strong problem solving skill;</span></li><li><span>Fluent in English, both written and spoken;</span></li><li><span>Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities.</span><span></span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span>Not checking every single requirement?</span></p><p><span>If this role sounds good to you, even if you don’t meet every single bullet point in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
