The need for accurate and timely revenue accounting has never been greater. We need an experienced, enthusiastic, and flexible Revenue Manager to manage day-to-day operational revenue activities, oversee close, positively influence staff, and build systems and processes to support future growth. This role will focus on the consumer side of the business.What You’ll Do:
Lead the monthly close process for all B2C revenue streams; review staff work, provide feedback, and implement process improvements to drive speed and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with ASC 606, including reviewing complex contracts, new products, and sales channels; prepare memos and operationalize accounting treatments in RevPro.
Collaborate with leadership to define and enhance reporting requirements.
Analyze revenue data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
Own revenue-related areas in audits, including financial statements and ad-hoc requests.
Establish and maintain strong internal controls and revenue recognition processes.
Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align on revenue-impacting initiatives.
Skills You’ll Need to Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA is a strong plus.
4+ years of revenue accounting experience; Big 4 background and RevPro expertise highly valued.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, particularly ASC 606.
Prior experience managing or mentoring team members.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong systems mindset; process-oriented with a focus on scalability and accuracy.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup); proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.

Compensation Range: $130 - $150K
