About the role:

As the Associate Vice President of Pharmacy Operations, you will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of your assigned branches. You will establish, implement, and monitor short and long-term goals that align with the companies’ mission and objectives. Simply put, you will provide effective leadership to assure productivity and profitability within your region while ensuring the company's commitment to exceptional patient care is maintained.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with subordinate managers to evaluate and understand monthly P & L data including plans to improve performance and achieve goals.
• Hire and coach staff, conduct performance evaluations, and take disciplinary action when needed
• Work with an interdisciplinary team consisting of sales, intake, and nursing to ensure our patients are taken care of across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• Current and unrestricted pharmacist license
• 5+ years of previous management
• 3+ years of home infusion pharmacy experience
• Experience with budgeting and P & L
