JOB FUNCTION: As a HR Coordinator you will plan and administrate policies relation to all phase of human resources activities, provide human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, records management, safety and health, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions. You will be the primary support for the Human Resources Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related fields of business.
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources field.
LANGUAGE: Proficiency in English & Vietnamese is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with FMLA requests and all other leave requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Assist compensation and benefits administration, including group health insurance, workers' compensation, and COBRA
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop training programs and materials based on identified needs.
- Implement training sessions to enhance employee performance and productivity.
- Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of the full-cycle recruiting process.
- Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, negotiate job offers, and process hiring/termination paperwork.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Modernize and streamline company benefits handbooks for all employees, providing clear and comprehensive information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits enrollment, leave policies, and performance management.
- Be available to assist employees with questions related to HR policies, procedures, and programs. Provide timely and accurate information to address employee concerns and inquiries.
Compensation range: $24/hr-$35/hr
