The pay range is $149,000.00 - $268,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As the Director, O&O Products – Roundel, you will be responsible for building and evolving our core Owned & Operated Digital Ad products and platforms integrated into the digital Target Guest experience on our websites, apps and in-store platforms, inclusive of sponsored products, display, rich media, email, and search experiences. You will establish a strategy that propels Roundel as a differentiated leader in the advertising industry.
