Administrative Assistant- Early Intervention

Schedule Monday- Friday 8am-4pm

Pay rate $17.00 -$19.00 / Hourly

The employee participates as a member of the Early Intervention team providing assistance and support with general clerical and office functions as well as assist in planning and implementing program goals for infants, toddlers and/or preschoolers in accordance with program policy and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to interact appropriately with children and families.
• Knowledge of data systems.
• Experience with data entry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent typing, interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, work in a fast-paced environment, and displays a flexible team player attitude.
• A qualifying criminal background check, driving record and a valid driver’s license required.
