Responsibilities
Summary:
Promotes an outgoing, friendly customer oriented personality at all times. Directs the activities of Security Officers, Command Console Operators and Security Officer/Medical Response Technicians in assigned zones of responsibility in accordance with the company and departmental policies and procedures. Acts to protect and safeguard assets of patrons, employees and the company. Schedules and coordinates security activities. Conducts inquiries alleged instances of negligence or misconduct. Coordinates activities with local and state law enforcement officials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.
- Prepares detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner.
- Reviews all incident reports for accuracy submitted by Security Officers.
- Directs and delegates responsibilities to the Security Officers.
- Communicates all policy changes, memorandums, and special events on a daily basis.
- Communicates with guests and other employees in a positive manner, both in oral and written forms.
- Evaluates his/her subordinate’s performance.
- Coordinates emergency situations.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.

Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of job-related Security experience in a high volume casino/hotel complex environment. Security experience may be substituted with law enforcement experience.
