Here’s Where You Come In 

The Director of Financial Operations is the leader of the financial operations processes for our region, including month-end close, financial forecasting, budget management, revenue recognition, commission payments, M&A financial due diligence and integration, systems management, and dashboard development to generate data-driven operational insights for our teams. 

This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and leads a team of two analysts, including a Property & Casualty Operations Analyst and an Employee Benefits Operations Analyst who oversee the day-to-day financial operations and analytics work. 

The ideal candidate is a rigorous and intellectually curious financial professional who brings technical expertise to this role while also supporting and mentoring the rest of the team through change and challenges. You are the kind of leader that your team comes to with hard questions because they know they'll get thoughtful answers.
