SERVPRO of Manchester is seeking an experienced Restoration Operations Manager to lead our production and mitigation teams. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee field operations, manage and train technicians, and ensure top-quality service on every water, fire, and mold restoration project.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who understands the restoration, or mitigation industry and is ready to guide a fast-paced, high-performing team helping property owners recover from disaster.

Compensation

• Base salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience and certifications)
  
  
• Target bonus: 20% of base (potential to exceed for top performers)
  
  
• Total potential compensation: ~$108,000 – $130,000+
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop production staff (Project Managers, Crew Chiefs and Technicians) through hiring, coaching, and training.
  
  
• Manage restoration projects including water mitigation, fire and smoke cleanup, and mold remediation.
  
  
• Oversee field operations, job scoping, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections.
  
  
• Ensure high-quality workmanship, accurate job documentation (DryBook, Xactimate), and outstanding customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Coordinate schedules with Project Managers and Office Staff for efficient daily job flow.
  
  
• Maintain readiness of equipment, fleet, and warehouse facilities.
  
  
• Oversee safety, compliance, and IICRC training and certification plans.
  
  
• Support storm response readiness and after-hours emergency events as needed.
  
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction project management
  
  
• Proven leadership experience managing field teams or technicians
  
  
• Strong knowledge of drying procedures, water mitigation, and restoration documentation tools
  
  
• IICRC Certifications (WRT required; ASD and Master a plus)
  
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, technology and leadership skills
  
  
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
  
  
• Comfortable working around cleaning agents and restoration equipment
