Marketing Operations Manager
Sangoma, a trusted pioneer in the business communications industry for over 40 years, is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager for our VOIP Supply division in Buffalo, NY. As we continue to grow and offer unmatched business operations experiences bundled with our robust network and security services, we need a strategic marketing operations professional who will optimize our marketing processes, leverage data for decision-making, and ensure our go-to-market strategies facilitate sales alignment and drive business growth. This role is onsite in our Buffalo office.
Your Role:
- Develop and execute marketing operations strategies that support the overall marketing plan.
- Manage the marketing technology stack, ensuring systems are integrated, operating efficiently, and supporting key marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes, improve lead generation, and optimize customer engagement.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for key performance indicators to monitor and communicate marketing performance.
Requirements
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivelent B2B marketing experience.
- Prior expereince with IP Telephony or Telephony Hardware is required.
- At least three years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Magento) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with campaign management and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and social media analytics.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
