Count Room Team Member (Tropicana Laughlin)

SUMMARY: The Count Room Team Member counts and verifies the contents of all drops from bill-acceptors and table games.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Ensures compliance with company standards and gaming regulations.
• Remove bill validator drop boxes from slot machines and replace with empty boxes.
• Load dropped bill validator boxes on cart and transport to the count room.
• Verify cash revenue bags from non-gaming outlets and record any discrepancies.
• Trace and match fills/credit slips from table game drop boxes to the Master Game Summary Report and document any discrepancies.
• Must be able to operate a G&D Machine
• Empty table game drop boxes individually and in numerical order.
• Remove and fill cassettes from the NRT (kiosk) machines.
• Must be available for scheduled work.
• Must exhibit the Family Style Service model at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required. One year or more years related experience in a casino preferred, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any.

 

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
