About the role

<p></p><p><b>Country Site Activation Intern in Poland</b><span> will provide administrative and/or technical support to the Country Site Activation team. The position is Office-based and requires regular visits in IQVIA office in Warsaw.</span></p><p></p><p></p><p><br/><br/><b>Main Responsibilities:</b></p><p><br/><span>• To support printing, compilation and shipment of clinical trial documentation towards site activation, maintenance and regulatory activities delivery for selected studies or multi-protocol programs in Poland.</span><br/><span>• Assist the team in the preparation, handling, distribution, filing and archiving of documentation according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures</span><br/><span>• Review documents for completeness, consistency and accuracy, under guidance of senior staff</span><br/><span>• Prepare client deliverable documents using appropriate tools and draft text for straightforward documents, under guidance of senior staff</span><br/><span>• Completion of relevant Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) fields, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plan with project specific information</span><br/><span>• Provide support for administrative tasks, e.g. meeting coordination, minute taking, travel arrangements, faxing, copying, couriers</span><br/><span>• Interact with internal and external clients, under guidance of senior staff</span><br/><span>• Perform IP release activities on small, straightforward projects or support reviews for larger projects</span></p><p></p><p><br/><br/><br/><b>Required Skills and Qualifications</b></p><p><br/><span>• High School Diploma or equivalent Degree in scientific discipline or health care preferred.</span><br/><span>• Appropriate verbal and written communication skills to function within a professional work environment.</span><br/><span>• Evidence of effective problem – solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.</span><br/><span>• Proficiency in alignment with the desired role placement</span><br/><span>• Evidence of strong team work and communication skills.</span></p><p></p><p><span>IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
