About the Role
The Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, is a strategic partner and key contributor to the Product Marketing team. This role drives the creation and execution of impactful go-to-market strategies, ensuring FareHarbor products are positioned effectively, adopted widely, and bring measurable value to clients across global markets.
The PMM serves as a bridge between cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Account Management, ensuring alignment on product features, messaging, and strategies to meet both market demands and business goals across multiple continents.
What You’ll Do
- Go-to-Market: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, shaping value propositions, messaging, and positioning that resonate with target audiences. Create client-facing materials, such as decks, one-pagers, and case studies, to bring these strategies to life.
- Product Activation & Adoption: Collaborate with Product, Support, and Account Management teams to drive activation and adoption globally. Track performance metrics, assess product success, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize outcomes.
- Customer Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine product positioning, advise on feature prioritization, and enhance messaging. Partner with Account Management to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
Core Responsibilities
- Align product marketing strategies with business goals and client needs.
- Lead the development of frameworks for messaging, value propositions, and GTM strategies of assigned products.
- Act as a consultant and collaborator with cross-functional teams to support product objectives.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on go-to-market strategy, product adoption, and messaging.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and regions.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and adjust approaches as needed.
- Experience in SaaS or technology industries and familiarity with product launch campaigns.
