What you’ll do: 

• Design Planning & Project Management – Review design briefs, assess resource requirements, and manage project timelines to finalize, refine, and optimize designs for maximum impact while setting clear stakeholder expectations.

• Graphic Design & Brand Building – Develop high-quality graphics, marketing materials, and brand assets that align with Iodine’s identity and messaging.

• Multi-Dimensional Infographics – Design custom interactive and data-driven infographics to simplify complex information and enhance engagement.

• Website Design & Development – Create, update, and optimize website layouts, landing pages, and user experiences using HTML, CSS, and UX/UI best practices.

• HubSpot & Digital Marketing – Leverage HubSpot to create, manage and optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows.

• Creative Suite Mastery – Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to produce digital assets across the company.

• Social Media Content Creation – Design engaging visual content for social media, including graphics, animations, and videos, to support brand storytelling.

• Visual Storytelling & Digital Editing – Edit and enhance multimedia content to craft compelling narratives for digital campaigns.

• Collaboration & Strategy – Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.

What we’d love to see:

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, brand development, and digital marketing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Experience working with HubSpot & Wordpress 

• A strong portfolio of works demonstrating original design skills, branding projects, and digital storytelling capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a focus on healthcare or technology brands with digital design, brand development, and marketing track record

• Highly organized individual who has a keen eye for visual aesthetics with an extreme almost borderline obsessive attention for details
