Job Description:

Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to apply knowledge to design solutions that meet or exceed requirements, support the technical team.

The work: 

• Build trusting relationships with project stakeholders 
• Develop user stories based on business requirements
• Work closely with the Technical Architect, identify ways to reduce implementation efforts 
• Ensure all business and design requirements are met, lead quality management reviews 
• Support test plan development and Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts 

Here’s what you need:

• 2+ years of systems implementation experience
• 1+ year experience with agile process, to include writing stories, as-is and to-be process flows, and documenting client requirements

Bonus points if you have:  

• Salesforce.com or Experience Cloud or Service Cloud or Health Cloud implementation experience
• Salesforce.com Certifications
• You have examples of how you use creative / analytical skills to problem-solve
• You have experience working on large teams and complex projects

Security Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph

 

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

California: $100,800 - $185,800

Colorado: $100,800 - $160,400

New York: $93,400 - $185,800

Washington State: $107,500 - $170,800

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
