Job Description Summary
As Medical Affairs Manager, Advanced Access Devices, you will be responsible for providing medical, scientific, technical, and customer-focused support. You will provide clinical guidance from a medical perspective to maximize the value of current and future products and processes. Finally, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Human Factors, Clinical Affairs, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, and Regional Teams to support and guide the design, risk management, quality management, advertising/promotion, KOL engagement, and evidence generation needed to sustain and advance business. Candidate must be able to work on site in our Franklin Lakes, NJ or Salt Lake City offices.Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Participates in Medical Affairs maintenance of business activities, new product innovation and customer/KOL engagement.
Supports the management of Quality and Risk documents as a medical expert.
Supports AAD MA Team collaboration functionally in creating and implementing strategic go-to-market approaches.
Contributes to the development and implementation of internal and external scientific and medical educational programs.
Contributes to the development and implementation of clinical research and educational projects in key areas of interest.
Participates in HRA development and in crisis-management teams for marketed products, i.e., in case of field corrective actions.
Ensures relevant responses to customer inquiries concerning BD products.
Conducts regular review of scientific literature in collaboration with marketing for key-products.
Continuously maintains SME knowledge concerning developments and trends in medical science relevant to the business.
Participate in the distribution of scientific and medical information to internal and external customers while meeting appropriate legal and regulatory guidelines.
Continuously develops knowledge of regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and quality assurance requirements in alignment with Company Practice Standards.
About You:
RN, NP/PA, CRNA or MD required.
Master’s degree in a health field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical practice preferred.
Minimum 2 years related experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry within M
