As a Learning and Development Program Specialist within PNC's Human Resource organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.


This role supports the technology line of the business, so flexibility, agility and ability to adapt to change are necessary for success. Additionally, a strong willingness to lean into technology and technology resources is a must.

Job Description

• Designs, implements, evaluates, and maintains an organization's learning programs or initiatives.
• Assist in developing and maintaining program or initiative resources, including task lists, communication plans, facilitator guides, measurement templates, and program portals.
• Support the design or implementation of programs or initiatives through the execution of program task lists and other resources by session or initiative.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of learning initiatives and programs by partnering with T&D staff, vendors and business partners to develop and maintain up-to-date content and schedule appropriate resources to support program or initiative delivery.
• Partner with program or initiative participants to ensure the completion of all required components.
