About the Team:
The HR operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This is a full-time, hybrid role in our Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and reconcile tax amounts between the payroll registers and the payroll system (ADP Global View).
- Research and complete employee tax adjustments including W2cs, review of tax exemption applications, and mobility and visa questions.
- Work with federal, state and local tax authorities to resolve and respond to tax notices; register new territories for taxation.
- Conduct tax related research and support projects that have payroll tax implications.
- Assist in performing daily payroll department operations.
- Support the preparation of payroll data, audits and reporting.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns.
- Work with multiple international stakeholders and database programs for tax questions and payroll-related integration needs.

Hybrid Work Model: We are back to the office in a hybrid work model, with employees working in the office three days per week for this team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required in a related field e.g. Accounting, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics etc.
- Minimum 5 years of in-house corporate payroll experience.
- Strong Excel skills, advanced functions.
- Be able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong project management and vendor management skills.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required due to system use and frequent review/handling of financial documents and collaboration with international stakeholders and markets in USA, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of payroll experience in a Big 4 company.
- Strong ADP Global View skills, advanced functions or ADP payroll operations experience.
- LATAM or Mexico payroll processing experience.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $205167 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
