Account Executive

BrainBox AI utilizes self-adapted artificial intelligence technology to proactively optimize the energy consumption of one of the largest climate change contributors: Buildings 

Our AI engine supports a self-operating building that requires no human intervention. Using deep learning, cloud-based computing, and our proprietary process, our solution autonomously optimizes existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control systems for maximum impact on energy consumption. 

 

An exciting opportunity awaits the right candidate to be part of a fast-growing company. In this brand-new role, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Professional with excellent interpersonal skills to own the sales strategy and execution for the multi-site retail and commercial vertical.

  

What you will do 

• Present, educate and promote our product/services using solid arguments to existing customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Drive cross-functional customer stakeholders and internal processes to accelerate the sales cycle and time-to-value for the customer.
• Deliver on KPIs aligned with the sales pipeline advancement to signed agreements.
• Work effectively and build relationships across functions such as engineering, marketing, business development, solutions architects, services, and evangelists to achieve business goals.
• Manage the client growth relationship.
• Build trusted relationships with internal resources, identify business value, and provide technical guidance in order to set proper expectations to create customer delight.
• Drive revenue and increase market share in defined set of accounts. 
• Work hands-on with customers to deliver standard, customized and/or strategic solution demonstrations, presentations, and best practices that showcase functional capabilities, competitive advantages, and business benefits of BrainBox AI solutions throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of value to design and implementation.
• Provide ongoing, post-sales, technical guidance to the customer’s technical team to drive customer utilization of BrainBox AI solution success.

• Self-starter comfortable with some ambiguity, demonstrating a willingness to learn/ramp quickly
• You are excited about being positioned right in the middle of the exploding cloud-based economy and to develop and maintain a highly desired knowledge of our solutions.
• You are familiar with a solution-based approach to selling, have experience managing a complex sales process and possess excellent presentation and listening skills.
• You have superb organization and contact management capabilities.
• Proven ability to independently manage and develop client relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• BA/BS required. MBA preferred.
