Account Executive - Maintenance

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
What will you do?
- Analyzes data and makes recommendations to customers and ARI management to implement cost-saving and best practice initiatives.
- Proactively monitors trends in vehicle maintenance for specific accounts and geographic markets.
- Builds, analyzes, and presents both standard and ad-hoc reports
- Participate in weekly maintenance calls, creates/maintains action items lists, provides status updates to ARI management
- Trains and mentors Truck Account Administrators on industry best practices.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
What are we looking for?
- Has breadth and depth of technical or functional expertise in own area of responsibility or department; may be acquiring knowledge of other related areas of departments.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel.
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and make appropriate decisions
- Analytical skills required
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced problem solving skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to communicate, interact, and work with employees at all levels of an organization (internal or external) including business units and executive management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts to non-specialists
- Works closely with reporting and BI&A teams
- Influences or provides input to maintenance analysis
- Ability to teach, motivate, and coach/counsel Truck Account Administrators on industry best practices and cost savings initiatives
Education and/or Training:
- Four year college degree or demonstrated equivalent experience as determined by department management.
- Business Objects experience preferred
- Five to ten years of experience in the automotive or transportation industry, with advanced technical knowledge
- Knowledge of ARI’s fleet management programs required
